New cuttlefish shape speargun with considerable mass and rigidity featuring an integrated « Enclosed Track» spearshaft guide. This system features three principle advantages; it keeps the shaft exiting the gun perfectly strait during the shooting phase even with double bands avoiding any possibility of so called “shaft whip”. The absence of recoil induced energy loss confers more power to the spear. Less energy is dispersed through recoil which is a typical phenomenon on open track guns. The shaft is no longer susceptible to lateral vibrations while maneuvering the gun. The outcome is more power, accuracy and range than traditional open track guns of comparable size. The increased volume of the speargun barrel allows for an optimal balance of the gun even with 7mm shafts and double bands. This creates an agile speargun which is easily maneuverable even in the longest sizes. Cayman E.T. CAMU: The camouflage version differs from the stock version with a three-dimensional camouflage speargun barrel using «heat-transfer» technology. It includes a Match 30 reel in the 75cm and 85cm sizes and a Match 50 on the longer sizes. In addition to a longer butt and a rubberized butt for chest loading also included in the stock black versions, the camouflage version also includes an ergonomic handle for right handed divers.

The diameter of the aluminum is 1.2mm in the shorter versions (up to 95cm) while it becomes 1.5mm in the longer sizes (from 105 to 130cm). This way the correct mass is guaranteed as well as the perfect stiffness of the barrel.

At OMER we built a 8mt tube tank a bathtub for testing our spearguns. It features two photocells measuring the speed of the shafts, considering different distances from the speargun and a special stainless steel plate measuring the shaft impact on the target. Thanks
to this special tank, we have now the possibility to record all objective data to estimate all relevant spearguns performances.

The new muzzle is designed for the use of one or two circular bands.

The geometry of the muzzle places the loaded power bands in a low profile position that improves maneuverability and clears the line of sight. The positioning of the bands ensures a perfectly parallel band release without rubbing on the barrel.

The Enclosed Track guns in 75cm, 85cm, and 95cm come stock with an America 6,5mm shark-fin shaft and Power 18mm bands. The 105cm,115cm, and 130cm versions come instead with an America 6,75mm Sharkfin shaft and double 16mm bands.

In the muzzle is a small compartment designed for lead weights to customize the ballast of the gun based upon the band and shaft power configuration.

Gun produced using “Hydroforming” technology with a “cuttlefish bone” shape. Features the Cayman handle. The muzzle allows the
use of a single or doubled circular sling. The bridge on top of the muzzle is made in die cast stainless steel and it is removable. The Camu3D camouflage finish is created by heat-transfer, which is highly resistant . Cayman HF Camu3D is available in sizes 75, 90, 95,
100, 110 and 130 cm and is supplied with a 6,5 mm shaft and one Power 18 circular sling.

Nuovo fucile con fusto ad osso di seppia dalle generose dimensioni, dalla grande massa e dalla assoluta rigidità, dotato di guida asta « Enclosed Track». Questo guida asta “integrale” che è parte integrante del fusto (e non sovrapposto allo stesso) mantiene l’asta
perfettamente rettilinea durante la fase di sparo anche con l’utilizzo di gomme estremizzate (doppio elastico), impedendole altresì qualsiasi movimento e vibrazione durante il brandeggio. Il risultato è un notevole incremento sia della precisione del tiro che della velocità dell’asta che subisce meno dispersioni di energia, mantenendo per tutto il suo tragitto una traiettoria rettilinea e senza
“serpeggiamenti”. Il grande volume interno del fusto consente di ottenere un bilanciamento ottimale del fucile anche con aste
di diametro da 7mm e doppio elastico. Tutto questo, associato alla forma ad osso di seppia molto pronunciata, rende agevole e veloce il brandeggio anche nelle misure più lunghe. Cayman E.T. CAMU: La versione mimetica si differenzia dalla versione Black oltre che per la colorazione tridimensionale del fusto ottenuta con la tecnologia heattransfer, anche per le dotazioni di serie. Questa versione è
infatti dotata di mulinello Match 30 nelle misure da 75 e 85 cm e Match 50 nelle misure più lunghe. Inoltre, in aggiunta
al secondo appoggio sternale più lungo e al copri calciolo in gomma, di serie anche nella versione Black, il Camu ha di serie una seconda manopola ergonomica per destri.

Nouvelle arbalète avec un fût en forme d’os de seiche de grande dimension, d’une masse importante et d’une rigidité totale, équipé d’un guide-flèche intégré « Enclosed Track ». Le guide-flèche intégral fait partie intégrante de l’arbalète (il n’est pas rapporté). Il maintient
la flèche parfaitement rectiligne lors de la phase de tir , même lorsque la flèche reçoit des contraintes extrêmes, par exemple lors de l’utilisation de doubles sandows. Il supprime également les mouvements indésirables ou les vibrations durant le tir. Le résultat est une amélioration notable de la précision du tir ainsi qu’une augmentation de la vitesse de la flèche, obtenues grace à une moindre
perte d’énergie et une trajectoire très rectiligne. Le grand volume intérieur du fût permet d’obtenir une arbalète parfaitement équilibrée, même avec une flèche de diamètre 7mm et un double sandow. Cette caractéristique associée à une forme en os de seiche très prononcée permet d’obtenir un mouvement plus agile et véloce dans l’eau même avec les modèles les plus longs. Cayman E.T. CAMU: la version mimétique se différencie de la version Black par la décoration tri dimensionnelle du tube obtenue par la technologie de
transfert à chaud, très résistante dans le temps. Cette version est fournie avec un moulinet Match 30 pour les longueurs 75 et 85cm, Match 50 pour les longueurs supérieures. En plus d’un renfort de chargement supplémentaire plus longdoté d’une protection
caoutchouc, fourni de série également sur la version Black, la version Camo est livrée avec une deuxième poignée ergonomique pour droitier (une poignée ergonomique pour gaucher est disponible en accessoire).

Esta guía varilla “integral” que forma parte integrante del tubo (y no superpuesta al mismo) mantiene la varilla perfectamente rectilínea durante la fase de disparo incluso con el uso de gomas al extremo (doble goma), impidiendo asimismo cualquier
movimiento y vibración durante el uso. El resultado es un notable incremento tanto de la precisión del tiro como de la velocidad de la varilla que sufre menos dispersión de energía, manteniendo durante todo su trayecto, una trayectoria rectilínea y sin “ondulaciones”.
El gran volumen interior del tubo permite obtener un equilibrio óptimo del fusil también con varillas de diámetro de 7mm y doble goma. Esta característica asociada a la forma de hueso de sepia muy pronunciado, hace ágill y rápido el movimiento en agua, incluso en las medidas más largas. Cayman E.T. CAMU: la versión mimetica se diferencia de la versión Black además de la coloración tridimensional
del tubo obtenida con la tecnología heat- transfer, que garantiza la resistencia en el tiempo, también por las dotaciones de serie. Esta versión, está dotada de carrete Match 30 en las medidas de 75 y 85 cm y Match 50 en las medidas más largas. Además, adjunta el segundo apoyo esternal más largo y la cobertura en goma, presentes de serie también en la versión Black, la versión Camu tiene
de serie una segunda empuñadura de tipo ergonomía para diestros (la empuñadura ergonómica para zurdos está disponible como recambio).
