Allow at least 30 minutes to complete the fitting. We recommend you print this form and fill in the measurements by hand, then come back online and enter all the information at once.

Ask a friend to assist you in taking measurements.

Take your measurements during morning or mid-day.

Wear undergarments or bathing suit when measuring. Do not measure over heavy clothing.

Use a good quality cloth or vinyl measuring tape.

Double check all measurements. Write down measurements on this sheet. If you are submitting your measurements online, please compare the numbers you enter on this form with your written numbers carefully for errors.

Measure carefully to the nearest 1/4". Round up if between 1/4" marks. Write down all measurements in inches.

	1. Over The Head - Run the tape measure from the side of the neck as it joins the shoulder, up over the ear, the top of the head, down over the other ear, to the base of the neck.
	2. Around Head - Measure around the head at the widest point of the forehead.
	3. Side to Side (backstrap) - With arms down at their sides, measure upper back from the spine level to the shoulder.
	4. Neck - Measure around neck at the Adam's apple.
	5. Chest - With arms down at sides, run tape measure under armpits across chest (pectoral muscles) and around back
	6. Underarms (women only)- Run tape measure under armpits across upper chest and around back.
	7. Bust (women only)- Measure bust at widest point.
	8. Below Bust (women only) - Measure chest below bustline beneath breast.
	9. Neck to Tip of Bust (women only) - Measure from hollow of neck to bustline.
	10. Neck to Below Bust - Measure from hollow of neck over bust to below bustline (#8).
	11. Tip to Tip - Measure from tip to tip.
	12. Waist - Just below the rib cage, above the navel, measure around waist where the torso bends.
	13. Hips - Measure around the hips, over the buttocks at the fullest point.
	14. Neck to Waist (Front) - Measure from the hollow of the neck to the waistline above the navel.
	15. Neck to Upper Crotch (front) - Measure from the hollow of the neck to the top of the crotch/pubic bone.
	16. Shoulder to Shoulder (back) - With arms down at sides, measure from shoulder to shoulder at outer edge across back.
	17. Shoulder to Wrist - With arm extended, measure from same point on shoulder (see #16) to wrist as it joins below the thumb. (Use a washable ink pen to mark the cuff line).
	18. Upper Arm - With arm extended, measure around over the shoulder and under the armpit.
	19. Bicep - With arm extended straight out at side, relaxed, measure around the bicep at the widest point. (Use a washable ink pen to mark the bicep line).
	20. Elbow - Measure around the elbow at the widest point across the joint.
	21. Forearm - Measure around the forearm.
	22. Wrist - Measure around the wrist just behind the wrist bone. (usually 3/4" - 1" above the cuff line mark you made for #17).
	23. Elbow to Wrist - With arm extended straight out from side, measure from tip of elbow to wrist line. (Wrist line mark from #17).
	24. Bicep to Wrist - With arm extended straight out from side, measure from bicep to wrist line (Wrist line mark from #17).
	25. Flap - Run the tape measure from the front, top of the pubic bone, under the crotch and up the backside to the same spot in the back.
	26. Neck to Crotch (front) - With legs slightly apart, measure from the hollow of neck to the base of the crotch center (where pant seam would be).
	27. Neck to Crotch (back) - With legs slightly apart, measure from the base of the neck to the base of the crotch center (where pant seam would be).
	28. Upper Thigh - Run the tape measure over the upper thigh, down under the buttocks. The tape will be at a slight upward angle.
	29. Above Kneecap - Measure around the leg just above the kneecap.
	30. Knee - Measure around the kneecap.
	31. Below Knee - Measure around the leg just above the kneecap.
	32. Calf - Measure around calf at the widest point (use washable ink to mark the calf line).
	33. Ankle - Measure the ankle at the point just above the ankle bone (use washable ink to mark the ankle line).
	34. Calf to Ankle - Measure along the side of the leg from the calf line (#32) to the ankle line (#33).
	35. Knee to Ankle - Measure along the side of the leg from the knee to the ankle line (#33).
	36. Ankle to Crotch (inseam) - Measure along the inside of the leg, from the ankle mark (#33) to the crotch where the thigh joins the crotch.
