The Andre GOLD 160 speargun is a great introductory speargun for blue water spearfishing. The GOLD 160 has one of our longest stocks, 64 inches, giving you an even greater reach and additional accuracy. The GOLD 160 speargun is one of our most powerful spearguns. It has 4 power bands and is well equip for large game fish like tuna!

The GOLD 160 speargun also features handle placement mid-way on the stock. The mid-way handle design improves maneuverability and decreases recoil. The mid-way handle is also for hip loading leverage. As you pull the power bands back, the butt extension makes it easy to rest the butt of the speargun on your hip without the handle getting in your way. The spear track is recessed into the stock to guide the spear accurately down the barrel. The groove is durable and an excellent design feature compared to eye hole spear tracks which break easily and reduce accuracy.
 
The GOLD 160 speargun uses an even larger diameter spear than our previous spearguns. The spear is more durable, resisting damage from the fish bending it, or direct impact from hitting rocks.

The GOLD 160 is the first Gold model to offer balance wings for added stability & increased accuracy. The balance wings help guide your speargun while tracking the fish. It stabilizes the speargun and helps you aim your shot. Furthermore, the balance wings increase buoyancy for heavier spearguns and decreases muzzle kick.
