The Andre GOLD 155 is a longer (61.5 inch) mid-handle design with even more band pull than all the previous models, maximizing power on a 3 band speargun. This speargun has a tremendous effective shooting range of 26 feet! The GOLD 155 is our first speargun model to offer balance wings in the front. The balance wings add weight to the speargun for to decrease muzzle kick & increase accuracy. Furthermore, the front balance wings guide your speargun while tracking the fish. The Andre GOLD 155 speargun is a great step-up speargun for spearfishing around rock reef, coral areas and out towards the blue water. The GOLD 155 speargun also features mid-handle placement. The mid-way handle design improves maneuverability by bringing the speargun closer to the body. The shaft & mechanism sit further back on Mid-handle models, increasing band pull and increasing power. The mid-handle is also for hip loading leverage. As you pull the power bands back, the butt extension makes it easy to rest the butt of the speargun on your hip without the handle getting in your way. The spear track is recessed into the stock to guide the spear accurately down the barrel. The groove is durable and an excellent design feature compared to eye hole spear tracks which break easily and reduce accuracy. The GOLD 155 speargun uses a larger diameter spear. The spear is more durable, resisting damage from the fish bending it, or direct impact from hitting rocks.
